Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, endurance, has a Paopei in the form of small parasitic bugs that latch onto their target and continuously suck the life force out of them, has a Paopei called KouSuijin, a dimensional Paopei that Outenkun activates by cutting himself, once the wound is made a dark could will come out of the wound and form above the surrounding area, the cloud will then pour down acid rain, KouSuijin also creates it's own space much like all of the other Juttenkun dimension Paopei's, KouSuijin also allows Outenkun to teleport within the space by summoning a mirror that Outenkun uses as transportation, Outenkun can also trap targets within the mirror, can trap souls within his Paopei, can create illusions
Weaknesses: Unless someone is trapped in Outenkun's mirror within his Paopei, they CAN just walk out of Outenkun's KouSuijin but it's generally hard to do so because of the acid rain
Destructive Capacity: Doesn't focus on destruction but Outenkun's KouSuijin can kill characters with city level+ durability and fatally injure characters with small island level+ durability
