Intelligence: So-so. Despite the fact Leticia has shown to be pretty wise in regards to rules of Little Garden, she's very prideful and certain characters used it to their advantage.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Lord of the Vampire: Gift which grants her abilities common to vampires, because currently she doesn’t have Divinity, it’s far weaker than it was in the past.

• Demonification: common ability of purebred vampires. They can grant others Gift of “demon-kind” vastly increasing their power and abilities, very often changing appearance. On the other hand, it becomes almost impossible for a subjects to maintain sanity and in worst case scenario, reproductive functions will be lost. She’s doing it by exchanging blood. Furthermore, she can only perform it on those with human’s bloodline. Leticia can even use it to “demonify” nature, mutating vegetation and controlling it to a degree.

• Curse of Blood: activated with a simple glance, Leticia takes control over blood flow of potential victim, drastically slowing down blood circulation to the point skin loses its red hemoglobin circulation.

Dragon Potrait of the Deceased Person: power born from her faith of the dragon, enabling her to control shadows, despite the fact that as a vampire she shouldn’t have one. Contracting, expanding and even shapeshifting into various weapons isn’t impossible for her.

• Shadow Wings: Leticia creates wings with a shape similar to that of bat. These wings have rather cosmetic function, as she doesn’t need them to fly.

• Shadow Blades: the most common form of her shadow. Leticia can create as much as thousands of shadow blades, tearing apart everything on their way. She can put them in specific formation, like spinning them in the form of tornado or just skewer her opponent(s) from all directions. Leticia, with Karyou’s combo, managed to destroy Azi Dahaka’s shadow wings, taking away his ability to fly.

  • Dragon Jaw: after creating countless shadow blades, Leticia compresses them to create giant dragon’s jaw which she literally uses to bite and tear her opponents apart.

• Shadow Spears: Leticia fashiones portion of her shadow into spear and throws it at her enemy, she can also wield it at close combat or create as much as hundreds of them at once.

• Shadow Cloak: Leticia expands her shadow around herself in the form of shadow screen to defend against incoming attacks. Its base strength is unknown, but in Dragon’s Remnant Shadow form, she could endure Izayoi’s strength.

Sun Authority of Ophiuchus: 13th Zodiac granted to the Under Floor Master, pride of Leticia as one who protected Little Garden from atrocious demon lords. True spirit status of this Sun is the incarnation of man-made satellite from far future, one used for observing evolution of primates without interfering in its phylogenetic tree, existing outside of convergence of possibilities – genuine heritage of humanity.

• Solar Dragon: other form of Leticia, purebred, golden dragon with size equal to that of the mountain range with a mass (supposedly) rivaling that of star, carrying Vampire Citadel on its back, with a lonesome projection of Leticia inside it. Activation of this form automatically triggers her sealed Host Master authority and her rampage won’t stop until it’s solved. After Completion of her Gift Game, she retains her consciousness in this form.

  • Production of new species: common ability of purebred species, that is generation of living organisms from their bodies. Using this Leticia can transform her scales into new types of species, ranging from giant snakes, tentacle monsters and turtles to flaming salamanders and dragons.

  • Weather manipulation: Leticia can create storm clouds, with a powerful lightning bolts pouring from them. Individually, lightning is powerful enough to devastate roots of Great Tree which are big enough to cover Underwood. Furthermore, she can can cause strong winds and earthquakes with just her movement.

  • Dragon’s Remnant Shadow: defensive function of Leticia’s Vampire Citadel. If someone decides to attack construction, then shadow clone in the form of Leticia will manifest as a guardian. This clone possesses all abilities of Leticia but is several times stronger. Moreover, since it isn’t part of her trial it cannot be prevented with Judge Master authority of Moon Rabbits.

  • Golden Chains: Leticia compresses golden body of her dragon form into study chain to bind her enemy. It is powerful enough to temporarily immobilize Azi Dahaka.

  • Host Master: privilege to release inner universe and construct trial (Gift Game) made from spirit status of the user. It’s impossible to reject the game as they’re the very rules of Little Garden, hence one triggered it must be cleared. Originally, it was created as method to usurp portion of Last Embryo’s power and one of the few effective weapons against them. Leticia's Gift Game is called SUN SYNCHRONOUS ORBIT in VAMPIRE KING.

- Normally to completely destroy demon lord it's required to wipe out its spirit status from Outer World (in other words, paradigm shift), but since future of vampires is pretty unique in that it's removed from convergence point, it's unknown whether Leticia's demon lord form is so difficult to destroy. It probably doesn't matter though as her spirit status is that of Sun Authority.
