Powers and Abilities: His true form is an incorporeal, multi-dimensional being, while occupying a vessel he has access to super strength, speed, durability, reflexes and stamina, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, photokinesis, smiting, astral projection, can render someone unconcious by touching them, immortality (type 4 and 6), regeneration (Mid-High), invisibility, supernatural perception, healing, resurrection, cosmic awareness, telepathy (can sense pain and suffering from kilometers away), soul manipulation (can interact with and affect souls, can vanquish spirits), mind manipulation, unaffected by time manipulation, immune to soul manipulation as he does not have one, used to be able to teleport through space/time but lost this power after the fall
Weaknesses: Angel blade, enochian sigils, holy fire, can be removed from his vessel with a specific spell
Destructive Capacity: Town-level at full power, but was somewhat weakened by the fall
Range: Extended mele range, dozens of meters with energy blasts and TK, universal/cross dimensional with teleportation (when he had his wings anyway)
Speed: Massively hypersonic before the fall, much slower now as he doesn't have his wings anymore
Durability: Superhuman in his host, the nature of her true form makes him very difficult to kill however, should be able to take energy blasts well over building level in potency (so Town level in essence)

- Mercy Killing: as a Rit Zien calss Angel, Ephraim possesses an advanced form of smiting designed to bring quick, painless death to those beyond saving.
It functions like normal smiting except it causes the target to explode into a puff of pink spray, destroying it on the molecular level (and also on the spiritual level as its designed to off suffering Angels).
