Powers and Abilities: Electromagnetism manipulation, can generate up to 50,000 volts of electricity, trained to be efficient in use of several types of weapons such as machine guns and land mines.

Standard Equipment: FN F2000 assault rifle, goggles, For support or sniping, they use an M82A1 anti-tank rifle. In the Index movie, they were given a Railgun firing weapon.
Intelligence: Genius at certain things, but is extremely naive.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Electricity: Being a copy of Misaka Mikoto, she has the same abilities but only 1/20000 of the original, which is 50,000 volts instead of Mikoto's 1,000,000,000, through shared experience with the other several thousand sisters, the sisters levels are now uniformly 3.
- Radio Noise: A form of telepathy between the sisters, it links her up to the "Misaka Network". This allows them to share memories and experiences as well as formulate plans.
- Weapons & Gear: She uses the standard goggles and used a FN F2000 assault rifle during her fight with Accelerator, and she sometimes uses a sniper rifle. For support or sniping, they use an M82A1 anti-tank rifle.
