Background Information
Elfen Lied is an anime and manga series created by Lynn Okamoto. It's about a
bipolar horned chick named Lucy (or Nyu) who acts like a retard half of the time and like a psychotic
killing machine the rest of the time. She's a diclonius, which is a new breed of creatures created by some kind of virus that spreads whenever another diclonius touches a man with their invisible arms. The series is also famous for lots of nudity and fanservice, as well as blood and gore.
Standing in the Battledome
The anime version of Lucy is a
high street level to low meta fighter at best, while the manga version, at her strongest, is a
planetary threat.
