Powers and Abilities: Super speed, durability, telekinesis, teleportation (personal & ranged), reality-warping [created a separate reality set in a time-loop to teach Green Arrow a lesson], time manipulation, extra-sensory perception [could see and speak to someone viewing him from the future], resurrection
Weaknesses: Novu's power weakens proportionately to the decrease of positive matter in the multiverse.
Destructive Capacity: Multiverse level. Novu gave Green Arrow the power to destroy the Book of Destiny. A single page of the BoD was able to "fan the flames" of a new universe, Earth-Prime, forged from three (previously) existing universes.
Range: Multiversal via teleportation.
Speed: FTL reactions via powerscaling. The Monitor casually BFR'd a charging Earth-90 Flash from a few yards away.
Durability: Multiverse level. While the positive matter multiverse exists unmolested, Novu should scale to The Anti Monitor surviving the birth of Earth-Prime.
